Es un <strong>granero colectivo<\/strong> excavado en la roca hace m\u00e1s de 800 a\u00f1os por los antiguos habitantes de la isla, los guanches. El complejo cuenta con m\u00e1s de 300 cavidades interconectadas utilizadas para almacenar alimentos y otros objetos importantes. Este lugar demuestra el ingenio de los habitantes de Gran Canaria en el pasado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-947\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es una estructura impresionante, con <strong>cuevas perfectamente excavadas en la roca<\/strong> volc\u00e1nica.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde el lugar se puede contemplar una hermosa vista del valle circundante.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ruta para visitarlo es sencilla, bien se\u00f1alizada y 400;\"><strong>A pie:<\/strong> desde el aparcamiento hay un corto paseo hasta la entrada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <strong>Cenobio de Valer\u00f3n<\/strong> es un lugar interesante para quienes quieran conocer la historia antigua de Gran Canaria y ver un <strong>yacimiento arqueol\u00f3gico
