Se trata de un <strong data-start=\"3503\" data-end=\"3535\">estofado de carne picada<\/strong>, garbanzos y especias. \u00bfEl secreto? Debe cocinarse durante horas hasta que est\u00e9 tierno.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3618\" data-end=\"3691\"><strong data-start=\"3622\" data-end=\"3689\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 Vieja a la Plancha \ud83d\udc1f<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3692\" data-end=\"3866\">La <strong data-start=\"3695\" data-end=\"3706\">\u201cVieja\u201d<\/strong> es un pescado local que s\u00f3lo se encuentra en aguas canarias.
