📍 FATAGA 

Fataga, known as the “Valley of a Thousand Palms”🌴, is a picturesque village in the south of Gran Canaria, nestled between mountains and lush palm trees. Its cobbled streets, traditional white houses and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect place for an authentic break. Nearby, you can book a guided tour of the Finca Aloe Vera, to discover the world of aloe and its products.

📍 ROQUE NUBLO

The Roque Nublo, symbol of Gran Canaria, is an imposing rock formation of volcanic origin, high 80 metres, located in 1,813 metres above sea level. This sacred place for the ancient Guanches offers breathtaking views, with views that on a clear day reach as far as Teide on Tenerife. The path to reach it is one of the most spectacular excursions on the island.

As of 3 February, reservations are compulsory to gain access: BOOK. We recommend parking the car in Tejeda and reaching Roque Nublo by dedicated buses.

📍 TEJEDA

Tejeda, one of the most beautiful villages in Gran Canaria, is a charming mountain village surrounded by spectacular volcanic landscapes. Famous for its panoramic views of Roque Nublo and Bentayga, is also renowned for the production of sweets made from almonds, as the traditional bienmesabe. Don't forget to stop by Dulcería Nublo to take home some locally produced sweets!

🥩 Among the restaurants in Tejeda we recommend the Restaurante Asador-Grill El Almendro, renowned for its excellent grilled meats and traditional Spanish cuisine. Diners particularly appreciate dishes such as perch, the delicious parrillada and the tender entrecôte. The restaurant offers a cosy ambience with exceptional views of the surrounding mountains, both from the indoor dining rooms and the outdoor terrace.
